University of Oulu Awards

University of Oulu does not charge tuition fees from international degree students starting their studies in the Autumn Semester 2014.

The University of Oulu awards 20 scholarships (1,000 Euros) for the second year of Master’s studies. The awards are based on academic merit and achievement in the first year of studies at the University of Oulu. Application period opens in March - April annually.

Mensa Foundation Scholarships Awards

Foundation scholarships are awarded on the basis of an essay of no more than 550 words that describes the applicant’s career, vocational, or academic goals. The general awards are unrestricted as to age, race, gender, level of post-secondary education, grade point average and financial need. It is NOTnecessary that the applicant be a member of Mensa.
